Step by step, you’ll design a data product, define its boundaries, and build a simple self-serve data platform — all while applying the core principles of domain ownership, “data as a product,” and federated computational governance.

Through a mix of short introductions, guided exercises, and group discussions, you’ll experience what it means to align data with business domains, balance autonomy with governance, and make platform capabilities truly self-serve.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a practical understanding of how Data Mesh can be implemented — and what it takes to make it work in a real-world organization.
