- Description
(This is a hands-on lab with limited capacity)
Event Storming reveals Core Domains and energizes teams; legacy code pulls them back!
Quality View workshop exposes the technical hot spots and risks of today. On their own, each workshop is powerful. Combined, they form a bridge between vision and legacy reality.
In this 2-hour lab, you will:
- Build a Quality View together to make invisible technical concerns visible.
- Run a short guided Event Storming to uncover Core Domains and a domain vision.
- Combine Core Domains with Quality View hot spots to identify high short-ROI refactorings.
- Define the first steps of a concrete, agile roadmap toward bounded contexts.
- Learn facilitation moves (Liberating Structures) to engage stakeholders and maximize empathy.
- Because the Quality View is built collaboratively, every developer understands the “why” and nudges the code in the same coherent direction. The result: no ivory tower, no scattered effort — just a shared, ROI-focused path to DDD.
